MOVEX : Extension of the Sideflexing chain 1873 MX1 and

the new modular belt "550 vacuum".

• Sideflexing chain 1873 MX1

De sideflexing chain 1873 MX1 is used for hot-fill applications and neck and cap sterilizing.

The chain is designed to keep the products in the correct position during the twist movement.

The TPE Rubber used is resistant to the higher temperatures of the hot-filled products.

The basic chain in ASA 60 can be supplied in 3 versions: normal machine-steel C45 , nickel plated steel and also Stainless steel.

The 1873 MX1 already existed in a plate width of 254 mm, but MOVEX now also has 190 mm and 295 mm available in its product-range.

We have the click-on-elements in 2 different materials : LF or MX

LF is POM of Low Friction Acetale Resin

MX is PBT ( Performance Poly Butylene Terephthalate) with additives which results in a very low friction coefficient and improved wear resistancz. For high speed.

Extension of the 550 modular belts range with the “550 Vacuum”

The 550 vacuum is a modular belt by MOVEX equipped with molded holes.

When holes are drilled this can create sharp edges, which can disturb the smooth transfer of cans.

But the 550 vacuum has molded holes, so NO sharp edges and a guaranteed smooth transfer of cans.

The 550 vacuum is also equipped with the new pin system .
