Actuators

An actuator provides linear motion from an electric motor. MecVel has a very wide range of actuators. We can even move weights of 20 tons with the EC series. Electric actuation is environmentally friendly and provides a low total cost of ownership. There are many applications where hydraulics and pneumatics can be successfully replaced by electromotive spindles (or actuators).

Screw Jacks or Screws

Screw jacks are driven by an electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor. Rotary motion is thus converted into linear motion. They can be used individually or coupled by couplings and connecting shafts and angle boxes.
