PLE: coaxial with output shaft and round flange
The PLE is the basis of Neugart’s modular concept of the Economic series. With a round output flange and output shaft, the PLE forms the most widely used gearbox in the Economic series.

PLQE: coaxial with output shaft and square flange
The PLQE is a variant of the PLE with a square outgoing instead of round outgoing flange.

PLPE: coaxial with output shaft and round flange, reinforced load
The PLPE has the best features of the Economic series. The PLPE is more powerful and can handle a higher radial and axial force on the output shaft than the PLE due to its modified bearing arrangement.

PLHE: coaxial with output shaft and square flange; higher rigidity
The PLHE is a unique concept and a fusion between Neugart’s economic line and precision line. The PLHE is the ideal combination of economy and precision. The preloaded tapered roller bearings of this planetary gearbox guarantee high rigidity even at maximum load. The high-quality seal provides additional protection against dust and splashing water.

PLFE: coaxial with output flange
The PLFE is an extremely compact gearbox with direct mounting capabilities thanks to its output flange. With a reduction in length of 1/3, this gearbox has significantly higher rigidity.

PFHE: coaxial with output flange for high loads
The PFHE is a variant of the PLFE. Thanks to its design with special preloaded helical roller bearings and a flanged output shaft according to ISO 9409-1, the PFHE gives a very high load capacity. Thanks to the applied radial shaft seal, this gearbox reaches protection class IP65 on the output side and can therefore also withstand adverse operating conditions.

Angle planetary gearbox
Neugart’s right-angle gearboxes are constructed of planetary gears combined with a bevel gear.
The WPL right-angle gearboxes also use helical gearing in the planetary wheel.

The WPLQE is the variant of the WPLE but now designed with a square output shaft.

WPLPE: angled design with output shaft, round flange and higher shaft loading
The WPLPE is a variant of the WPLE but due to the deep groove ball bearings, this gearbox can withstand higher radial shaft load output.

WPLFE: angled version with output flange
The WPLFE is Neugart’s right-angle gearbox with an output flange. With this version, you save up to a third of the space. Thanks to the standardized flange interface, it is particularly easy to install. The integrated bore with dowel pin provides additional stability during installation.

WPLHE: right-angle design with output shaft, for higher radial loads
The WPLHE is an additional angled version in the Economy class. Axially space-saving, IP65-compliant and designed for high radial and axial forces at the output: The WPLHE combines all the advantages of the successful PLHE, the world’s first combination of Economy and Precision gearboxes, as an angular variant.
