With several CNC lathes and two Pfauter unwinding milling machines, among others, we produce a wide range of timing belt pulleys in our workshop in Rotterdam with an enthusiastic group of professionals. Because of our broad experience with production in our own workshop we are able to realize customized solutions that can lead to big profits in your production process.

We produce Caldic Special pulleys with a wide variety of gears such as the well-known HTD gears. But of course also a wide range of T and AT pulleys. We can produce the latter gear profiles in the backlash free version with so-called zero play.
